This includes information and advice on: Industrial relations Human resources Governance Financial management Funding opportunities Policy developments We do this in a number of ways. Advisory service We provide a personalised advice and referrals service over the phone and via email should an issue arise at your house that you need guidance and support on. Weekly e-communications We communicate to our members regularly. Our highly regarded weekly e-bulletin provides a round-up of the latest: sector news and resources professional development opportunities grant opportunities job vacancies Resource Library Our member-only online resource library provides policy and procedural templates and other important resources to promote best-practice, consistency across the sector, and greater efficiency for our houses. Areas include governance, team management, community development practice, stakeholder engagement, emergency management, and so much more. Facebook Groups Our private, member-only Facebook groups are an opportunity for NHVic to share information and engage with members in an immediate way, and encourage networking and the sharing of ideas and resources between members. You must be a current staff or committee member of a member organisation to join.
