Annual Report

We produce an Annual Report each financial year to report on our progress, achievements and financial position.

Current Annual Report

Some key highlights from 2019-20 financial year include:

  • Member satisfaction is at an all-time high
  • The 2020 NHVic Conference was our biggest yet with 340 attendees
  • Our reach and engagement across social media has grown on the previous year's figures
  • We commenced the Safe Seats, Safe Kids program in partnership with KidSafe Victoria
  • Our advocacy for bushfire-affected houses resulted in each receiving a $10,000 funding boost
  • We launched a new HR/IR service offering NHV Assist
  • We launched the brand new NHVic website
  • We supported our members during the initial months of the coronavirus pandemic, including 12 sessions on Zoom and 350 answered enquiries
  • We celebrated our 40 year anniversary
  • Based on data from the 2019 Neighbourhood Houses Survey, we calculated that our combined sector value is worth over $737 million
