We produce an Annual Report each financial year to report on our progress, achievements and financial position.

Current Annual Report

Highlights from 2018-19 include:

  • Member satisfaction is at an all-time high – 93% of members believe our work benefits their organisation
  • Our professional development program delivered 32 training sessions to 505 participants
  • Our sold-out conference attracted 220 delegates and included a new awards program
  • Our digital reach has exploded: 409,000 Facebook and 152,000 on Twitter
  • Launched a micro-credential series - a sector first
  • Partnered with Volunteering Victoria for the Victoria Alive project, to promote disability inclusion in volunteering
  • High participation in important research projects around digital literacy, disability inclusion in volunteering, and our annual neighbourhood house survey
  • Our advocacy, particularly in the Adult Community Education (ACE) space, has already produced meaningful outcomes with Minister Gayle Tierney launching her new Ministerial Statement for ACE
  • Our income was $1,170,803 ($410,679 more than the previous year), proving NHVic is in a strong financial position to provide a greater level of service to its members
