We take your privacy seriously.
Your survey responses are anonymous. The information is encrypted as it is collected and stored using third party providers with high level security (Alchemer for collection, Amazon Web Services - for storage only). You can access their privacy policies here:
Information held by Neighbourhood Houses Victoria (NHVic) is covered by our Privacy Policy | Neighbourhood Houses Victoria (nhvic.org.au). We use Microsoft Office 365 to securely manage our data. Privacy (microsoft.com).
NHVic computers are password protected with enterprise level antivirus and intrusion protection.
Your email address will be deleted from all sources once the follow up survey has been undertaken.
Individual participant information is not provided to any third party. Unidentifiable summary information only will be provided to the Department of Families Fairness and Housing who are our funding partners in this project.
