Does the Neighbourhood Houses Victoria have authority over individual Neighbourhood Houses?

The quick and simple answer is no. As a peak body, it is our job to support and promote best practice, provide informed advice and advocate on behalf of the sector, however each Neighbourhood House is its own separate entity with its own autonomy.
